With their department Service Partner Support, Cargobull Parts & Services GmbH provides their service partners a diverse range of services.

A key point is provision of a comprehensive training offer:

For Service Partners:

• Trailer Basic Technology
• FERROPLAST^® basic and advanced training
• Axle unit training
• Sliding bogie chassis service training
• Sliding floor vehicle service training

For independent workshops:

• Trailer Basic Technology
• FERROPLAST^® basic training
• Sliding bogie chassis service training
• Sliding floor vehicle service training

The training takes place in Germany and/or in other European countries in various national languages.
This guarantees a Europe-wide, uniform quality standard across all 850 service partners!
Registration for training courses can be made online via the Cargobull service portal.

The E-Parts order system EPOS is also integrated in the service portal to which all uses have access after registering free of charge.

Further sections in the service portal are the training portal, download from service instructions and EBS parameters that, however, are reserved only for authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partners.

The Service Partner Support is coordinated by the European After Sales Business. In cooperation with the respective After Sales Managers and persons responsible in the 27 countries of the EU, coverage criteria, performance criteria and audit targets will be developed in order to optimise the Service Partner network in each of those countries - a guarantee for the best possible service - Europe-wide.
